Mechanism
The core mechanisms behind the loss of skin whiteness and radiance are the secretion of melanocyte-stimulating hormone (MSH), the upregulation of tyrosinase expression, and changes in skin collagen caused by glycation and glycosylation. AppleGene® has constructed a three-dimensional radiance system (melanin inhibition + antioxidant + anti-carbonylation). The most crucial component of this system is the glutathione-core melanin inhibition system, which targets the entire pathway: from melanocyte activation → upregulation of tyrosinase activity → the intermediate synthesis pathway of dopaquinone → the transfer of melanin to the epidermis → to the metabolism of skin cells.
